Rudolf, the rednose tetra...

Rudolf the rednose tetra
Have a very shiny nose!
And if you ever saw it
You would even say "it glows"!

All of the other tetras
Used to call Rudolf names
And not let him play any tetra games.

In one foggy water day
The big one came to Rudolf and said
"Rudolf won't you go to that big rock that has a big hole
that has no plants and no leaves and no tetras in it"

The how the tetras loved him
And they shouted out with sleigh

And if you ever saw it
You would even say "it glows".

(Adopted from Rudolf the rednose reindeer and based on the runny nose tetras and our aquarium that has a big rock that has a big hole and that no plants and no leaves - click on the title to listen to the song sung by the author)

Calf

Once upon a time there lived a baby seal named Calf. I am the mother. Hari anna is the father. You are the grandmother and daddy is the grandfather. I love calf and always carry it with me. I keep Calf on my lap and petted it softly. And then it was time for me to go to school. I ate my food. Then I had a glass of water in my hand, so I gave the seal to its grandmother. After drinking water I got ready and went to school.

When I was in school Calf was hungry and wanted to eat something. “It asked grandmother can I eat something like fish.” And grandmother gave Calf some goldfish. And she ate. Then she was waiting for me, looking out of the window.

When I was in school, we went to the playground and played in the castle. When I was standing down Andrew was standing up blocking my way to get up into the castle. Patrick fought with the bad guys and saved Mark and me. Then it was time to go inside. After we went inside we had to write and color some numbers and pictures. We had some snacks. Then it was time to go home.

When I came back from school, the seal was happy to see me. And she came running to me. I carried her and petted her softly.
